Celery - It’s Kind of Magic!
Although not organic, these celery bottoms have been given a second opportunity to grow. Many root vegetables, especially those of the family, Apiacea, are able to be propagated from thick roots and can grow entirely new plants for further use. After being simply propagated in around an inch of water, these root bottoms have now been transplanted to the ground where the roots will be able to establish themselves. Celery and carrots, being in the same family, enjoy cooler weather so it is crucial to properly acclimate before being exposed to extremely hot conditions.
