Cooking with What You Grow
Lucy was kind enough to share how some of her leafy vegetables had grown for her. They include bok choy and kale. She also included how she implemented them into a dish which she shared with her friends and family. Apart from that, Lucy sent some pictures from a flowering black locust tree from which she harvested the flowers to make several kinds of dishes. She describes them as having a sweet delicate taste and can be either fried with a flour-like mixture or simply dried.
